Moist and flavorful pork chops paired with a tangy honey mustard glaze, inspired by Texas Roadhouse.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
02 - 2 tablespoons butter
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 2 bone-in pork chops, about 1 inch thick

→ Seasoning Mix

05 - Salt as needed
06 - 1 teaspoon black pepper, ground
07 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
08 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
09 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Honey Mustard Sauce

11 - 1 teaspoon whole-grain mustard
12 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
13 - 1 tablespoon honey

→ Garnish

14 - Chopped fresh parsley

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Turn the oven on to 400°F (200°C). In the meantime, rub the seasoning all over the pork chops.
02 - Warm up a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until they have a nice golden sear.
03 - Take the pork chops out of the skillet. Lower the heat and mix in the garlic, honey, and both mustards. Stir for about 2-3 minutes until it starts to thicken.
04 - Melt the butter in the pan and cook the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes. Let the aroma take over.
05 - Bake the skillet in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the pork’s internal temperature hits 145°F. Let it cool for 5 minutes, top with parsley, and enjoy.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Let the chops marinate overnight for deeper flavor.
02 - Juicy pork? 145°F is your magic number.
03 - Matches perfectly with roasted veggies or creamy mashed potatoes.
