Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and cover a baking tray with some foil or parchment paper for hassle-free cleanup.

In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, diced green onions, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Stir until smooth.

Carefully fill each jalapeño half with the creamy cheese blend, making sure it's packed snugly so it stays put.

Take a piece of bacon and wrap it around each stuffed jalapeño half. Use a toothpick to hold it in place if needed.

Spread the bacon-wrapped jalapeños out on the baking tray, leaving a little space between them to cook evenly.

Pop the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes. The bacon should get crispy, and the cheese will turn gooey and bubbly.

Take them out of the oven and let them rest for a minute or two. Add parsley on top if you like before serving.
