Run a knife down the center of each sausage to open up a pocket, stopping before you cut clear through.

Press a mozzarella stick into the cut side of each sausage and gently squeeze to seal it up.

Pour marinara sauce into your baking dish and line up the stuffed sausages with the cut sides facing up.

Wrap the dish with foil and bake for half an hour.

Take off the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is gooey and golden, and the sausages are fully done.
