Italian Stromboli (Printable Version)

Soft dough rolled tight with savory layers of ham, salami, pepperoni, and cheese, finished with buttery garlic for a crispy golden crust.

# What You'll Need:

→ Meats and Dough

01 - 1 can of pizza crust by Pillsbury
02 - 10 slices of Genoa salami
03 - 8 deli ham slices
04 - 12 slices of sandwich-style pepperoni

→ Cheeses and Extras

05 - 8 slices of mozzarella or provolone cheese
06 - 2 tablespoons of melted butter
07 - 2 minced garlic cloves
08 - 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 2 teaspoons of fresh parsley, finely chopped

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven as directed on the pizza crust package. Combine melted butter with garlic, parsley, and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
02 - Cover a baking tray with parchment paper. Spread out the pizza dough so it’s almost the size of the tray.
03 - Place layers of ham, salami, pepperoni, and cheese across the dough evenly.
04 - Roll up the dough from one edge to the other. Press the seam and edges tightly to seal. Make small slices on top to allow steam to escape while baking.
05 - Brush the rolled-up dough with the garlic butter mixture. Follow the baking time on the package until it’s golden brown.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Cool slightly before cutting. Pair with some warm marinara sauce for dipping.
