Catch a Husband Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cake Batter

01 - 3 tablespoons margarine
02 - 3 large eggs
03 - ½ cup granulated sugar
04 - 2½ cups (500 grams) all-purpose flour
05 - 1 cup coconut milk
06 - 1 can evaporated milk
07 - 1 can condensed milk

→ Coconut Icing

08 - 1 cup shredded coconut
09 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
10 - 1 cup coconut milk

# Instructions:

01 - Toss all the batter items—condensed milk, coconut milk, evaporated milk, sugar, eggs, flour, and margarine—into your blender. Whirl it all up until it looks silky and smooth.
02 - Turn your oven to 350°F to preheat. Coat your Bundt pan with some flour and grease, making sure even the deep grooves are covered!
03 - Pour that lovely batter into your prepped pan. Stick it in the oven and bake for 30–60 minutes. Peek at the 30-minute mark. It's ready when a toothpick slides out clean.
04 - As the cake bakes, throw coconut milk, sugar, and shredded coconut into a saucepan. Heat it on medium until you spot some bubbling, and it thickens up like cream.
05 - While the cake is still warm, pour that luscious coconut icing over the top. Let everything cool down before cutting a slice.

# Notes:

01 - Oven times can differ, so check the cake at the 30-minute mark.
02 - Pour the icing on a warm cake to get better absorption.
03 - Don't take the cake out of the pan until it's fully cooled.
