# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken Wings and Marinade

01 - 1.5 lbs chicken wings, skin on
02 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce
03 - 2 tablespoons tamari sauce
04 - 2 tablespoons honey
05 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
06 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
07 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
08 - 2 tablespoons spring onion, finely chopped

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
02 - Combine the chicken wings with all the ingredients, except the spring onion, in a container. Secure the lid and shake to ensure the wings are evenly coated in the marinade. Let marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
03 - Spread the marinated wings on the prepared baking tray, skin-side up, for optimal crispiness. Pour any remaining marinade over the wings. Bake for 25–35 minutes until golden brown, caramelized, and slightly crispy.
04 - Transfer the cooked wings to a serving plate. Sprinkle with freshly chopped spring onion to garnish and serve immediately.
