Ham Pineapple Pinwheels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Softened cream cheese, 8 ounces.
02 - Finely chopped ham, 1/2 cup.
03 - Well-drained crushed pineapple, 1/2 cup.
04 - 1 sliced scallion.
05 - 1 tablespoon of hot mustard.
06 - 1 minced garlic clove.
07 - 1 sheet of crescent roll dough.
08 - Parsley as a fresh topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 375°F. Put parchment paper on a baking pan.
02 - In a bowl, stir together cream cheese, ham, pineapple, mustard, garlic, and scallion.
03 - Evenly spread the mixture across the dough but leave 3/4-inch space at the edges. Roll it up along the long side and seal the seam tight.
04 - Slice the roll into 12 uniform pieces.
05 - Lay slices on the pan close but not touching. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
06 - Let the slices cool for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle parsley and scallion if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure the pineapple is drained completely.
02 - Lay them out as 4 rows, each with 3 pieces.
03 - Best enjoyed warm.
