Golden Garlic Butter Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 2 large skinless chicken breasts, no bones
02 - A pinch of salt and pepper
03 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
04 - 2 tbsp cornstarch

→ Sauce

05 - 1 tbsp olive oil, with extra if needed
06 - 4 tbsp butter, split for use
07 - 4 garlic cloves, chopped finely
08 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, minced

# Instructions:

01 - Chop chicken into small pieces, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then coat evenly in cornstarch.
02 - Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in hot oil. Cook half the chicken until it turns golden, about 4 minutes on each side.
03 - If the pan looks dry, add more oil. Finish cooking the rest of the chicken, then transfer all to a plate.
04 - Turn the heat down, toss in the garlic and remaining butter, and cook for a minute or two until you get the aroma.
05 - Add chicken back to the pan, flip to soak up the sauce, and sprinkle parsley on top.

# Notes:

01 - Experiment with other spices
02 - Don’t pile chicken in the pan, leave space
03 - Keep an eye on garlic, burns easily
