Cheesy Garlic Bread (Printable Version)

Golden bread cubes coated in garlic butter and cheese. Perfect for sharing at any event or just snacking anytime.

# What You'll Need:

→ Core Components

01 - 1 big baguette
02 - 4 tbsp melted unsalted butter
03 - 2 minced garlic cloves
04 - 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
05 - 1 tsp seasoning blend (Italian)
06 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
08 - 1/2 tsp kosher salt
09 - Fresh parsley, chopped for topping

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Turn your oven to 375°F (190°C) and put parchment paper on a baking tray.
02 - Chop the baguette into pieces about an inch wide, then toss them into a big bowl.
03 - Combine the melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and some Italian seasoning in a smaller bowl.
04 - Drizzle the garlic butter mix over the bread chunks and stir to get every piece coated.
05 - Throw in the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan, then gently mix until the bread is evenly covered with cheese.
06 - Lay the coated bread chunks on the parchment paper so they’re not crowded together.
07 - Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the bread looks nice and brown. Sprinkle parsley on top before you dig in.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Let the bread soak in the garlic butter mixture for a few minutes if you want stronger garlic flavor.
02 - Use a serrated knife to quickly and easily slice the baguette.
03 - For extra crunch, broil the bread during the last couple of minutes in the oven.
