Turn your oven to 375°F (190°C) and put parchment paper on a baking tray.

Chop the baguette into pieces about an inch wide, then toss them into a big bowl.

Combine the melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and some Italian seasoning in a smaller bowl.

Drizzle the garlic butter mix over the bread chunks and stir to get every piece coated.

Throw in the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan, then gently mix until the bread is evenly covered with cheese.

Lay the coated bread chunks on the parchment paper so they’re not crowded together.

Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the bread looks nice and brown. Sprinkle parsley on top before you dig in.
