Garlic Butter Lobster (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Seafood

01 - 4 lobster tails, either fresh or thawed from frozen

→ Garlic Butter Sauce

02 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
03 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
04 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated fresh
05 - 1/4 cup butter, unsalted
06 - 1 tablespoon squeezed lemon juice

→ Seasonings & Garnish

07 - Black pepper and some salt, adjust to your taste
08 - A tablespoon of parsley, chopped
09 - Lemon slices for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Get the broiler hot. With scissors, slice along the top of the lobster shell. Pull the meat up and rest it over the shell. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the garlic and cook for a minute until it smells amazing. Mix in the cream and lemon juice, adding the Parmesan bit by bit until the mix thickens up.
03 - Place the lobster tails on a baking tray, brushing them generously with the sauce. Broil for 8-10 minutes until the meat turns opaque, brushing more sauce on halfway through.
04 - Scatter some parsley over the top and serve it nice and hot, adding lemon wedges on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Keep an eye on it while broiling to avoid drying it out – the lobster should stay tender but not mushy.
02 - Fresh garlic and authentic Parmesan make a huge flavor difference!
03 - Don’t forget to baste—it’s the trick to juicy, flavorful lobster.
