Cheesy Stuffed Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bread

01 - 1 loaf (16 ounces) of Italian bread
02 - Garlic powder and butter, as preferred

→ Meat Sauce

03 - 1 pound ground pork sausage
04 - 1 pound ground beef
05 - 1 medium onion, chopped small
06 - 6 oz can of tomato paste
07 - 16 oz of tomato sauce
08 - 1/2 tsp garlic, minced

→ Pasta & Cheese

09 - 7 oz pasta, uncooked (spaghetti)
10 - 2/3 cup Mozzarella, reserved
11 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan, divided

→ Seasonings

12 - 1 tsp salt plus a pinch
13 - 1/2 tsp ground pepper
14 - 1 tbsp Italian herbs mix

# Instructions:

01 - Turn oven on to 375°F. Boil spaghetti until just firm (al dente).
02 - Brown meat and onion in a skillet, then drain. Mix in tomato sauces and herbs. Let simmer for 5 to 8 minutes. Toss spaghetti in.
03 - Cut bread open, scoop out some of the insides. Spread garlic butter over. Toast in oven lightly.
04 - Place pasta mixture inside bread halves, sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in oven until bubbly and browned, about 15-20 mins.
