Passion Fruit Mousse (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1⅓ cups heavy cream, chilled.
02 - 2 fresh passion fruits.
03 - 1 can sweetened condensed milk.
04 - 2 teaspoons plain gelatin powder.
05 - 1 cup passion fruit pulp.
06 - 3 tablespoons water.
07 - ¼ cup sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir gelatin into water and let it absorb. Microwave briefly, then set aside to cool a bit.
02 - Blend together the cream, condensed milk, passion fruit pulp, and melted gelatin for about 5 minutes.
03 - Spoon into serving glasses and pop them in the fridge to set for at least 3 hours.
04 - Simmer fresh passion fruit with sugar until thick. Leave it to cool down completely.
05 - Spoon the cooled sauce on top of the chilled mousse before serving.

# Notes:

01 - You can skip gelatin, but it won't be as firm.
02 - Great for making 1-2 days early.
03 - Keeps in the fridge for about 4-5 days.
04 - Store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
