French Toast Roll-Ups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bread Roll Base

01 - Cinnamon powder
02 - Light brown sugar
03 - Soft white bread, crustless
04 - Melted butter

→ Coating Mix

05 - Whole eggs
06 - Cinnamon spice
07 - Vanilla essence
08 - Milk

→ During Cooking

09 - Butter for the pan

# Instructions:

01 - Cut off crusts, press slices flat using a rolling pin
02 - Combine butter, cinnamon, and sugar. Spread mixture on bread, leaving edges empty
03 - Roll bread tightly into cylinders, pressing to seal
04 - Stir eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, and milk together in a bowl
05 - Soak rolled bread in egg blend, then fry in butter until golden on all sides

01 - Pick fresh, soft bread for better results
02 - Don’t let them soak too long in the egg mix
03 - You can freeze them for later
