Fluffy Divinity Candy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup nuts, chopped up small.
02 - ½ cup of corn syrup.
03 - Just a pinch (⅛ teaspoon) of salt.
04 - A teaspoon of vanilla extract.
05 - 2½ cups of sugar.
06 - ½ cup water.
07 - 2 egg whites at room temperature.

# Instructions:

01 - Spread parchment paper over a baking tray.
02 - On medium heat, mix sugar, water, salt, and corn syrup. Stir here and there until it hits 260°F.
03 - Get egg whites to form peaks by whisking while the syrup's heating.
04 - Drizzle hot syrup carefully into the whipped egg whites while mixing at high speed.
05 - Continue beating until the mixture thickens, turns dull, and keeps its shape, about 6-10 minutes. Stir in vanilla and pecans.
06 - Spoon out heaps onto the prepared paper. Swirl a little design on top using buttered spoons.
07 - Leave them out to firm up at room temp. This might take all night.
