# What You'll Need:

01 - Sprinkles to decorate.
02 - 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
04 - 3 tablespoons milk.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves.
06 - 1 lemon, zest only.
07 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
08 - 1 1/2 cups dried figs, stems discarded.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
10 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
11 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened.
12 - 1 orange, zest only.
13 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
14 - 2 large eggs.
15 - 1/2 cup raisins.
16 - 1/2 cup walnuts.
17 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
18 - 1/2 cup honey.
19 - 2 1/2 cups plain flour.

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Blend butter and sugar until creamy. Toss in the eggs, vanilla, and orange zest. Combine that with the dry mix—flour, baking powder, and salt.
02 - Cut the dough in half, cover it tightly, and let it cool in the fridge for at least an hour.
03 - Chop up figs, raisins, and walnuts in a food processor. Add the honey, then the spices, and mix it evenly.
04 - Spread the filling over rolled dough, fold it closed, seal, and cut it up.
05 - Bake pieces at 350°F for 15–20 minutes until they’re golden brown.
06 - Whisk the glaze and drizzle it on cooled pieces. Top with sprinkles if you like.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Keep dough chilled so it stays firm and easy to manage.
02 - Feel free to adjust the spices however you like.
03 - Store at room temp for up to 5 days.
