# Instructions:

01 - Chop spinach, crumble feta, and prepare anything extra you want to toss in.
02 - Lay a tortilla down and fill one side with feta and spinach. Sprinkle on any extra fillings you like, then fold it over.
03 - In a pan over medium heat, warm a bit of butter or oil. Cook each side of the quesadilla for 2–3 minutes until golden.
