Crispy Parmesan Asparagus (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
02 - 1 bunch trimmed asparagus spears.
03 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
05 - 2 beaten eggs.
06 - Cooking spray or olive oil.
07 - 1 cup Panko crumbs.
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
09 - 1/2 cup standard flour.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up your oven to 425°F. Cover a baking pan with parchment paper.
02 - Grab three shallow plates: flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and the mix of breadcrumbs, cheese, spices, and seasoning in the third.
03 - Coat each spear in flour, and tap off the extra.
04 - Dip the flour-covered spears into the egg wash, letting excess drip away.
05 - Press asparagus into the breadcrumb mix, ensuring all sides are covered.
06 - Lay them out in a single row on the tray.
07 - Give the top a spray or pour over a little oil.
08 - Pop them in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until they're soft and browned.
