01 -
Put a skillet on medium heat, then add the ground meat. Break it into bits as it cooks. Once it's no longer pink (about 7-10 minutes), drain the extra grease.
02 -
Sprinkle in the taco mix and follow the pack instructions. Most likely, you'll need to stir in water. Let it simmer until it thickens.
03 -
Heat the tortillas briefly in a pan or microwave so they're soft and pliable for folding.
04 -
Take a tortilla, set it flat. Place a tostada shell on it, spread nacho sauce, then add the seasoned meat, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, and a spoonful of sour cream.
05 -
Fold the edges of your tortilla inward around the fillings, making your way around until it forms a hexagon shape. Gently press to hold it all together.
06 -
Heat your pan again, add a little cooking spray, and place the folded wrap seam-side down. Cook until crispy and golden (about 2-3 minutes), then flip and brown the other side.
07 -
It's ready to eat! Slice it in half if you want, and pair it with extras like salsa, guac, or even more sour cream.
