# What You'll Need:

→ Salmon Prep

01 - Dash of salt and pepper, whatever feels right
02 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne (skip it if you want less heat)
03 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
04 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
07 - 1 pound salmon, no skin and cut up

→ Sauce Mix

08 - 1 teaspoon honey
09 - 2 tablespoons sweet Thai chili sauce
10 - 1 teaspoon sriracha hot sauce
11 - 1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
12 - 1/4 cup mayo

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Chop your salmon into little cubes, about an inch wide. Mix with oil, all the spices, salt, and pepper until it's all coated.
02 - Pop the salmon bits in the air fryer at 375°F. Cook for 8-10 minutes and flip them halfway through.
03 - Lay salmon pieces on a baking sheet with parchment. Roast in the oven at 400°F for 10-12 minutes 'til they're cooked through.
04 - Get a skillet nice and hot. Sear salmon, letting them brown for 2-3 minutes per side.
05 - Dump mayo, chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl. Whisk until it's smooth and creamy.
06 - Pour sauce over the hot salmon bites or just drizzle it on. Eat right away while it’s fresh.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Whichever cook style you like, air fryer, skillet, or oven, they all work just fine
02 - Switch up the heat by playing with the sriracha or cayenne amounts
03 - Make your sauce early if you want—just keep it cold in the fridge
