Chop your salmon into little cubes, about an inch wide. Mix with oil, all the spices, salt, and pepper until it's all coated.

Pop the salmon bits in the air fryer at 375°F. Cook for 8-10 minutes and flip them halfway through.

Lay salmon pieces on a baking sheet with parchment. Roast in the oven at 400°F for 10-12 minutes 'til they're cooked through.

Get a skillet nice and hot. Sear salmon, letting them brown for 2-3 minutes per side.

Dump mayo, chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl. Whisk until it's smooth and creamy.

Pour sauce over the hot salmon bites or just drizzle it on. Eat right away while it’s fresh.
