# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 lbs pork belly, dried with a towel, diced into 1-inch cubes.
02 - 1 tbsp brown sugar.
03 - 3 tbsps vegetable oil, like canola.
04 - 1 tsp black pepper.
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
06 - 1 tsp kosher salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Set air fryer to 400°F and let it warm up.
02 - Stir together the oil, sugar, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl.
03 - Coat the pork belly pieces evenly in the prepared mixture.
04 - Spread pork belly cubes in a flat layer inside the air fryer basket.
05 - Fry for 18-20 minutes, flipping the pieces and shaking the basket a few times while cooking.
06 - Enjoy while warm.
