Mini Tater Tot Cheeseburgers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of ground beef.
02 - Pepper and salt, as you like it.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.
05 - 24 crispy-cooked tater tots.
06 - 6 slices of cheddar cheese, cut into squares.
07 - 12 pickles, sliced small.
08 - 6 chopped cherry tomatoes.
09 - Lettuce leaves, trimmed to size.
10 - Mayo for dipping.
11 - Ketchup for dipping.
12 - Toothpicks for holding everything together.

# Instructions:

01 - Add salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder to the ground beef. Shape into 1-inch patties.
02 - Fry mini burgers for 2–3 minutes on both sides. Add cheese during the last minute for melting.
03 - Spread mayo over a tater tot, then stack lettuce, a cheeseburger, tomato slice, and a pickle before finishing with another tot.
04 - Use toothpicks to keep each bite together, then plate them and serve with a side of ketchup and mayo.
