# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 chicken thigh

02 - 1 egg
03 - 100 g cornflakes, crushed
04 - 1 teaspoon red paprika seasoning
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Bun & Toppings

07 - 1 brioche bun
08 - Spicy mayo
09 - Other vegetable toppings (e.g., lettuce)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Generously season the chicken thigh with salt, pepper, red paprika seasoning, and garlic powder. Flatten the chicken using baking paper and a mallet, if needed.
02 - In a shallow bowl, beat the egg. Crush the cornflakes and season them with red paprika seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
03 - Dip the chicken thigh into the beaten egg, ensuring full coverage. Then, coat it evenly with the seasoned cornflakes.
04 - Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (380°F).
05 - Place the coated chicken thigh in the air fryer basket. Cook for 18 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
06 - While the chicken is cooking, slice the brioche bun and wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
07 - Spread spicy mayo on the brioche bun, add lettuce leaves, and place the crispy chicken thigh on top. Serve immediately.
