Crispy Cheesy Chicken (Printable Version)

Tasty crusted chicken with parmesan, topped with hot melted cheese and garlic. A great homemade version of a classic favorite.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 4 skinless chicken breasts.
02 - 1/2 cup flour for coating.
03 - 1 cup mozzarella, shredded.
04 - 1/4 cup milk, any kind.
05 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, split in half.
06 - 2 beaten eggs.
07 - 1 quarter teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 1 teaspoon mix of Italian herbs.
09 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon of regular salt.
11 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil for cooking.
12 - 1 cup of breadcrumbs.

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set oven to 375°F. Blend breadcrumbs with seasonings and half the grated Parmesan. Whisk eggs and milk together.
02 - First coat chicken with flour, then dip in the milk-egg mix, and finish with breadcrumbs.
03 - Fry chicken on both sides in hot olive oil for 3-4 minutes until browned.
04 - Add mozzarella, rest of Parmesan, and minced garlic on top. Bake 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.

01 - Using two bread layers gives it extra crunch.
02 - Tastes great with mashed garlic potatoes.
03 - Top with parsley for a fresh touch.
