Crispy Nacho Fries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 slices of American cheese for melting.
02 - Around 1/4 cup milk.
03 - 1 tablespoon of brine from a jar of pickled jalapeños.
04 - 1 pound of frozen crispy-style fast food fries, like Ore-Ida.
05 - Cooking oil, enough for deep frying.
06 - 2 tablespoons of paprika.
07 - 2 teaspoons of salt.
08 - 1 teaspoon each of garlic and onion powders.
09 - 2 teaspoons chili powder for a smoky kick.
10 - A pinch of cayenne, if you’d like it spicier.

# Instructions:

01 - In a small dish, stir together all your spice mix ingredients.
02 - In a deep pot, bring 3 inches of oil to 350°F.
03 - Carefully fry the frozen fries for 6-8 minutes until they’re golden and crisp.
04 - Lay the hot fries on paper towels to soak up any oil.
05 - Set the fries aside to cool off a little before seasoning.
06 - Break up the cheese slices into a microwaveable bowl. Add milk and jalapeño brine. Warm it up in 30-second bursts, giving it a mix each time, till it’s smooth.
07 - In a big bowl, mix your warm fries with the spice mix so every fry is coated.
08 - Dish out those seasoned fries alongside your velvety cheese sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - For the best experience, eat these fries while they’re still super hot and crispy. Keep the cheese sauce warm and gooey for the perfect dip.
