Crispy Bacon Cheese Rolls (Printable Version)

Golden fried rolls packed with creamy cheese, smoky bacon, and a spicy kick from jalapeños. Perfect for gatherings or any snack craving.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 8 eggroll wrappers ready to use.
02 - 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese.
03 - 8 oz of softened cream cheese.
04 - 6 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled.
05 - A couple of finely chopped jalapeños (seeds removed).
06 - One chopped green onion.
07 - 1/2 tsp of garlic powder.
08 - Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
09 - Vegetable oil for cooking.

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine softened cream cheese, grated cheddar, chopped green onion, bacon bits, jalapeños, and the seasonings in a bowl.
02 - Lay a single wrap flat on your counter or cutting board.
03 - Scoop 2 tbsp of the mixture and place it in a diagonal line across the wrapper.
04 - Pull the bottom corner over the mix, fold in the two sides snugly, and roll tightly like you would a burrito. Use a dab of water to seal it shut.
05 - Bring your oil to a temperature of 350°F.
06 - Carefully fry them with the sealed side facing down. Keep turning until each is crispy and brown, about 3-4 minutes.
07 - Lay the cooked rolls onto paper towels to soak up any extra oil.
08 - Serve while warm alongside your favorite dip.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Perfect starter for gatherings.
02 - Filling can be made ahead of time.
03 - Oil should be hot to ensure the rolls crisp right.
