Easy Creamy Tuscan Ravioli (Printable Version)

Tender ravioli tossed with a rich, creamy sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, and leafy spinach. Fancy dinner, super quick.

# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 1 pound cheese-filled ravioli from the fridge
02 - 3 garlic cloves, chopped up
03 - 1 tablespoon butter
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Sauce

05 - A handful of grated parmesan if you want
06 - Salt and pepper as needed
07 - Chopped fresh basil if you like
08 - 1 cup baby spinach leaves
09 - 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
10 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
11 - 1 cup heavy cream
12 - 1/2 cup broth (veggie or chicken)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Taste and add parmesan on top if you'd like. Sprinkle some salt and pepper.
02 - Toss in spinach and basil. Cover and let everything get soft.
03 - Pour in broth, cream, lemon juice, tomatoes, and add ravioli. Put on the lid and leave it for 5 minutes.
04 - Let the garlic sizzle in the butter and oil for half a minute.
