Bow Tie Pasta Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound bow tie pasta.
02 - 1 cup cooked ham, diced.
03 - 8 ounces cheddar cheese, cut into cubes.
04 - 3 tablespoons sweet or dill relish.
05 - 1/2 cup frozen peas that are thawed.
06 - 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper.
07 - 1/2 small white or sweet onion, chopped.
08 - 1 cup mayo.
09 - 1 tablespoon white vinegar.
10 - 1 teaspoon yellow mustard.
11 - 2 tablespoons sugar.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
13 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
02 - Stick the dressing in the fridge while you get the salad ready.
03 - Boil pasta until it has a nice firm bite.
04 - Use a colander to drain the pasta, then run cold water over it.
05 - Toss the pasta together with the other salad pieces.
06 - Drizzle the dressing over the salad and give it a good mix.
07 - Pop it in the fridge for about an hour before digging in.
