Tender salmon served in a creamy tomato sauce with parmesan, Italian spices, and sun-dried tomatoes.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 3-4 salmon fillets, no skin.
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil.
03 - 1 tsp basil (dried).
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
05 - 1 tsp onion powder.
06 - 1/2 tsp thyme (dried).
07 - 3/4 tsp crushed red chili flakes.
08 - 1/4 tsp sea salt.
09 - 1/4 tsp ground black pepper.
10 - 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth.
11 - 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream.
12 - 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped small.
13 - 5 garlic cloves, finely minced.
14 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.
15 - Fresh basil leaves for decoration.

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Toss together all your dried spices. Coat half onto the salmon pieces.
02 - In a pan with hot oil, cook the salmon for about 5 minutes on each side. Take them out when done.
03 - Briefly cook garlic and tomatoes in the same pan. Add broth to loosen up the pan drippings.
04 - Stir in cream, parmesan, and the spices left over. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes to thicken.
05 - Place salmon back into the pan. Let it simmer in the sauce for a few minutes. Sprinkle basil over the top before serving.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Cook about 3 mins for medium, 5 if you like it done all the way.
02 - Use oil from the sun-dried tomatoes for a flavor boost!
