Using the same pan, stir together the chicken stock and softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Mix in Parmesan and let it gently bubble for a couple of minutes to get slightly thicker. Adjust flavors if necessary.

Place the seared chicken in the greased dish. Spoon or pour the creamy sauce all over. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, checking to ensure the chicken reaches 165°F inside.
