# What You'll Need:

→ Base Items

01 - 1 cup chicken stock
02 - 8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
03 - 1/2 cup Parmesan, freshly shredded
04 - 4 chicken breasts, no bones or skin

→ Spices & Greens

05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian herb mix
08 - A few pinches of salt and ground black pepper, adjusted to taste
09 - 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

→ Oils for Cooking

10 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your baking pan just enough to stop sticking.
02 - Dry the chicken with paper towels and generously coat with a mix of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian spice blend.
03 - In a big pan, heat up olive oil over medium heat until it starts shimmering. Place the chicken in and cook each side for 2-3 minutes until golden and smells amazing. Move to a separate dish.
04 - Using the same pan, stir together the chicken stock and softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Mix in Parmesan and let it gently bubble for a couple of minutes to get slightly thicker. Adjust flavors if necessary.
05 - Place the seared chicken in the greased dish. Spoon or pour the creamy sauce all over. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, checking to ensure the chicken reaches 165°F inside.
06 - Add chopped parsley on top for freshness and a dash of color. Serve immediately while warm and delicious.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Goes great with fluffy rice, mashed potatoes, or a fresh green salad on the side.
02 - Swap out heavier sides for steamed greens or cauliflower rice if you want to keep it low-carb.
