Cowboy Spaghetti (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound spaghetti.
02 - 1 small onion, diced.
03 - 1-2 teaspoons hot sauce.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
05 - 15 oz fire-roasted crushed tomatoes.
06 - Sliced green onions.
07 - Shredded cheddar cheese.
08 - 10 oz can of Rotel.
09 - 6 slices of bacon, cut up.
10 - 1 pound ground beef.
11 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
12 - 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
13 - 1/2 cup of beef stock.
14 - 8 oz of tomato sauce.
15 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the chopped-up bacon until it's crunchy, then remove it, saving the drippings.
02 - Cook together the ground beef and diced onion in the bacon drippings until browned. Drain any grease.
03 - Toss in the minced garlic and stir until it smells awesome.
04 - Pour in the tomatoes, broth, and seasonings. Let it gently bubble for 10–15 minutes.
05 - While the sauce is cooking, boil the spaghetti until tender.
06 - Stir the spaghetti into the sauce. Sprinkle on the bacon bits, cheese, and green onions before serving.
