Coconut Pineapple Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 oz packet of dry pineapple gelatin.
02 - Half a cup of graham cracker crumbs.
03 - Two cups of finely shredded unsweetened coconut.
04 - 8 ounces of softened cream cheese.
05 - 398 mL can of crushed pineapple, thoroughly drained.

# Instructions:

01 - Toss pineapple, one cup of coconut, graham crumbs, and dry gelatin into a bowl. Stir until it's all combined.
02 - In a big bowl, whip the softened cream cheese until it’s creamy.
03 - Let the mixture sit in the fridge for an hour.
04 - Scoop a tablespoon of the chilled mix and roll it into a ball. Cover it with the leftover coconut.
05 - Pop them into a container with a lid, then store in the fridge.

# Notes:

01 - Doesn't need baking.
02 - Keep cold at all times.
03 - Gelatin powder can go straight in.
