Cinnamon Roll Shake (Printable Version)

Blended up cold, this smooth shake combines cinnamon, banana or yogurt, and protein for a crazy-tasty, chilled treat.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Sweetener you like, as much as you want
02 - Pinch of salt (about 0.5 g)
03 - 2 teaspoons cinnamon
04 - One medium banana or 170 g vanilla yogurt
05 - 30 g protein powder
06 - 240 ml any milk you like

→ Optional Additions

07 - Add a spoon of almond butter if you want

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Right after blending, pour into your glass. If you want, top it with more cinnamon or even some granola.
02 - Crank your blender up and let it go until everything looks thick and smooth—don’t stop early!
03 - Toss the milk, protein powder, yogurt or banana, cinnamon, salt, sweetener, and almond butter (if you want) into the blender.
04 - Chill the milk and yogurt first. Or just swap the yogurt for a frozen banana to get a thicker mix.
