Chocolate Creme Brulee (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Whole milk
02 - Cornstarch
03 - Unsweetened cocoa powder
04 - Salt
05 - Regular sugar

→ Flavoring

06 - Chocolate for baking (semi-sweet)
07 - Vanilla extract or paste

→ Topping

08 - Sugar for caramelizing

# Instructions:

01 - Mix milk with sugar, cocoa, corn flour, and salt. Heat until it's thick.
02 - Mix the smooth chocolate and vanilla in until fully combined.
03 - Add to ramekins, leave at room temperature to cool, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
04 - Right before eating, use a torch, stove, or broiler to caramelize sugar.

# Notes:

01 - Prepare it up to 2 days ahead.
02 - Switch to heavy cream for a richer texture.
03 - Add the sugar topping only when ready to serve.
