Valentines Chocolate Strawberries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of fresh strawberries.
02 - Dark chocolate melts, 12 oz.
03 - White chocolate melts for added drizzle.
04 - Decorative sprinkles (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse strawberries clean and make sure they're fully dry. Place parchment on a baking sheet.
02 - Pop chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second bursts at half power and stir each time until smooth.
03 - Grab a strawberry by its leaves, dunk it in the melted chocolate, and shake off extra chocolate. Set on parchment paper.
04 - If you want sprinkles, add them right away before the chocolate hardens.
05 - When chocolate is firm, melt some white chocolate and drizzle it gently over the strawberries using a bag or spoon.

01 - Candy melts work better than regular chips.
