Rinse strawberries clean and make sure they're fully dry. Place parchment on a baking sheet.

Pop chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second bursts at half power and stir each time until smooth.

Grab a strawberry by its leaves, dunk it in the melted chocolate, and shake off extra chocolate. Set on parchment paper.

If you want sprinkles, add them right away before the chocolate hardens.

When chocolate is firm, melt some white chocolate and drizzle it gently over the strawberries using a bag or spoon.
