Rich Caramel Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup of vegetable oil.
02 - 3/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder.
03 - A pinch of salt.
04 - 2 large eggs.
05 - 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda.
06 - 1 jar (12.25 oz) of caramel sauce.
07 - 1 cup of cooled brewed coffee.
08 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
09 - 1 3/4 cups regular flour.
10 - 1 cup of milk.
11 - 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder.
12 - 2 cups of white sugar.
13 - A can (14 oz) of condensed milk, sweetened.
14 - Chocolate syrup.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F. Apply grease to a 9x13 pan and dust it with flour.
02 - Combine all dry stuff. Toss in milk, eggs, oil, and vanilla. Beat it for 2-3 minutes, then gently stir in coffee.
03 - Dump into prepared pan. Bake about 35-40 minutes. Check with toothpick to see if it’s done. Level top, if necessary, and let it cool all the way.
04 - Blend condensed milk with caramel sauce. Poke tiny holes in the cake and pour this mix over it. Make sure it seeps into all the holes.
05 - Chill it for at least 4 hours. Drizzle with chocolate syrup right before slicing up.

# Notes:

01 - Coffee boosts the chocolatey taste.
02 - Batter might look thin, but that's fine.
03 - Make sure to chill completely for perfect results.
