# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - ¼ tsp Salt
02 - 1 tbsp Baking Powder
03 - 1½ cup All Purpose Flour
04 - 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
05 - 1 tbsp Sugar

→ Wet Ingredients

06 - 1 Egg
07 - 2 medium Ripe Bananas
08 - 1 cup Milk

→ Mix-ins

09 - ¼ cup Milk Chocolate Chips
10 - ¼ cup Dark Chocolate Chips

→ For Serving

11 - Maple Syrup
12 - Extra Chocolate Chips
13 - Sliced Bananas

# Instructions:

01 - Toss salt, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder into one bowl. Stir until blended, then set them aside for later.
02 - Mash bananas with a fork in a bowl. Mix in the egg and pour in milk. Whisk together until smooth.
03 - Combine the dry mix into the wet one. Stir gently until it’s all blended. Throw in the chocolate chips and mix lightly. A few lumps are fine.
04 - Spread butter on a hot pan over medium heat. Scoop about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake. Let them cook for 2 minutes or until you see bubbles and the bottom turns golden. Flip and do the same on the other side.
05 - Take pancakes off the heat when done. Keep going with the rest of the batter.
06 - Stack pancakes on a plate. Cover them with sliced banana, sprinkle some extra chocolate chips, and drizzle maple syrup on top. Serve right away while warm.

# Notes:

01 - The riper the bananas, the better they’ll taste.
02 - Keep the batter a bit lumpy—don’t mix it too much.
03 - They’re best if eaten hot and fresh.
