Chicken Parmesan Garlic (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb of chicken breast or thigh, cut into small chunks.
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin preferred).
03 - 1 tsp of garlic powder (fresh if available).
04 - 1 tsp paprika for a smoky kick.
05 - A pinch of salt and some pepper.
06 - Sauce: 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened.
07 - Fresh parmesan, grated (2 tbsp).
08 - 2 garlic cloves, minced finely.
09 - Chopped fresh parsley, about 1 tbsp.
10 - Salt and pepper, adjust as you like.

# Instructions:

01 - Toss chicken with paprika, garlic powder, oil, salt, and pepper till completely coated.
02 - Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving a small gap between them.
03 - Set the air fryer to 400°F and let it warm up for 5 minutes.
04 - Arrange skewers in a single layer in the fryer basket. Fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
05 - While waiting, mix butter, parsley, garlic, parmesan, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
06 - Brush the skewers with the garlic butter, then cook for another 2-3 minutes until done.
07 - Let the skewers sit for a few moments before topping with parsley and extra cheese.

# Notes:

01 - If using wooden skewers, soak them in water first.
02 - For a spicy twist, sprinkle in chili flakes.
03 - These can stay fresh in the fridge for up to 3 days.
