→ Flavors & Fats

10 - 8 minced garlic cloves, used in parts
11 - 1/4 cup freshly cut parsley for garnish
12 - 2 tbsp olive oil for frying
13 - 6 tbsp butter split into portions

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Follow cooking instructions on the pasta package—boil in salted water until tender but firm. Drain and leave to the side.
02 - Warm up 2 tbsp butter and some olive oil in a large pan. Sauté chicken seasoned with spices until golden all over (takes 5-6 minutes). Toss in garlic and cook briefly (1-2 minutes). Move to a plate for now.
03 - Use the same pan. Melt your remaining butter, stir in garlic, cream, and Parmesan until it turns velvety.
04 - Add your pasta into the creamy sauce, stir in the chicken, and blend until everything's coated. Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy warm.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Throw in mushrooms or steamed broccoli to add more veggies.
02 - For extra kick, add a splash of hot sauce or more chili flakes.
03 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days—just reheat to eat.
