Honey Pepper Chicken Mac (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces of macaroni.
02 - 2 chicken breast pieces.
03 - 1/4 cup of soy sauce.
04 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
05 - 1/2 cup of honey.
06 - 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
07 - 2 tablespoons of flour.
08 - 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
09 - 2 cups of milk.
10 - 2 tablespoons of butter.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
13 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
14 - 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
15 - 2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese.
16 - Chopped parsley for sprinkling.

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the package guide to cook the macaroni in boiling salted water.
02 - Rub your chicken with the pepper and salt. Fry in heated oil, about 7 minutes per side, until fully cooked through.
03 - Melt butter, then mix in flour to form a paste. Slowly stir in your milk, and melt the cheeses into the mixture. Add seasoning if needed.
04 - Blend vinegar, honey, soy sauce, and your selected spices in a pan. Simmer over low heat until it thickens a bit. Toss in sliced chicken.
05 - Coat the macaroni in the cheesy sauce. Lay the chicken on top and finish it off with parsley.
