Chicken Casserole Poppy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers, smashed into bits.
02 - 3 cups of shredded, pre-cooked chicken.
03 - 4 tablespoons of salted butter, melted down.
04 - 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds.
05 - 8 ounces of sour cream.
06 - 10.5 ounces of cream of chicken soup.
07 - 2 tablespoons of ranch-flavored seasoning.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on the oven to 350°F. Give a 9x9 baking pan a good coating with non-stick spray.
02 - In a bowl, combine poppy seeds, chicken, ranch seasoning, sour cream, and soup. Spread it evenly in the prepared pan.
03 - Mix the smashed crackers with the melted butter until the crumbs are moistened evenly. Scatter it over the filling.
04 - Pop the dish in the oven for around 18-20 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top. Let it sit for 5 minutes before dishing out.

# Notes:

01 - Great when served with egg noodles or fluffy white rice.
02 - Use whatever cooked chicken you’ve got—rotisserie, homemade, or canned all work.
03 - Crush the crackers by hand in the sleeve, in a bag, or with a processor.
