Crack Chicken Penne (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ lbs chicken breast.
02 - ½ onion, yellow.
03 - 3 cloves garlic.
04 - 8 strips of bacon.
05 - 10 ounces penne.
06 - 1 packet of ranch mix.
07 - 2 cups of chicken stock.
08 - 4 ounces cream cheese.
09 - 1 cup sour cream.
10 - 2 teaspoons parsley, dried.
11 - 1 teaspoon ground pepper.
12 - 1 teaspoon salt.
13 - 2 cups shredded cheddar.
14 - Sliced green onions for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil penne until it’s just firm. Drain, cool with cold water, and put aside.
02 - Crisp up the bacon in a pan. Save a spoonful of drippings, then take out the bacon.
03 - Brown the chicken cubes with onions. Toss in garlic right before it’s done cooking.
04 - Combine broth, cream cheese, sour cream, bacon pieces, and spices. Let it bubble, then turn the heat down.
05 - Add pasta and shredded cheese to the sauce. Let it warm for 5 minutes, and sprinkle green onions on top.
