Cheesy Taco Sticks Easy (Printable Version)

Seasoned beef and stretchy cheese tucked in pizza dough, baked until crisp with brushed garlic butter. Makes snacking or sharing simple and fun.

# What You'll Need:

→ Filling

01 - One packet taco seasoning
02 - A pound of ground beef

→ Stuffing and Wrapping

03 - Five cheese sticks (colby jack and cheddar), each sliced in two
04 - One tube of Pillsbury’s pizza dough

→ Brushed on Top

05 - A teaspoon each dried parsley
06 - A teaspoon garlic powder
07 - Four tablespoons melted butter

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Put parchment paper on a baking pan and preheat your oven to 400°F.
02 - Cook beef in a pan, drain any grease, and mix in taco seasoning as the directions say.
03 - On a floured board, roll out the dough then slice it into ten rectangles.
04 - Place some cooked beef and half a stick of cheese onto each dough piece. Roll it up tightly and press the edges closed so nothing oozes out.
05 - Stir together butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush this all over the dough rolls.
06 - Slide them into the hot oven for 12-15 minutes. Let ’em cool a few before you grab one—cheese inside is super hot!

# Additional Notes:

01 - Toss in diced bell peppers or jalapeños if you want a little more kick
02 - Make sure those edges are pinched closed real good to keep all the cheese in
03 - Awesome dipped in sour cream or salsa
