Cheesy bites everyone loves (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Marinara sauce
02 - 1 can (16 ½ oz / 465 g) of biscuit dough
03 - 3 tablespoons butter to grease your sheet
04 - 225 g (8 oz) of mozzarella cheese, cubed
05 - Slices of pepperoni

→ Garlic Butter Topping

06 - Melted butter
07 - Salt and pepper, added as much as you'd like
08 - Parmesan cheese, shredded for topping
09 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
10 - 1 tablespoon of Italian spice blend

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover your baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper and slather it with butter.
02 - Divide each biscuit into two. Using your thumb, press the pieces into small circles—picture tiny pizza crusts.
03 - Spoon marinara sauce into the middle of each dough round. Top it with pepperoni and a mozzarella cube.
04 - Fold the dough around the fillings, bringing the edges together at the top. Pinch them tightly so nothing leaks out. Arrange all your pizza bombs on the parchment.
05 - Combine garlic, the melted butter, Italian seasoning, and a bit of salt and pepper in a bowl.
06 - Brush each bomb with the garlic seasoning mixture and finish with Parmesan. Bake till golden brown, around 15-20 minutes.
07 - Cool just enough to not scorch your mouth. Put extra marinara out for dipping, then dig in while they're warm!

# Notes:

01 - Great for weekend lunches or munchies while watching the game!
02 - Switch up the toppings. Try a veggie combo like onion and bell peppers or go with classics like ham and pineapple.
