Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover your baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper and slather it with butter.

Divide each biscuit into two. Using your thumb, press the pieces into small circles—picture tiny pizza crusts.

Spoon marinara sauce into the middle of each dough round. Top it with pepperoni and a mozzarella cube.

Fold the dough around the fillings, bringing the edges together at the top. Pinch them tightly so nothing leaks out. Arrange all your pizza bombs on the parchment.

Combine garlic, the melted butter, Italian seasoning, and a bit of salt and pepper in a bowl.

Brush each bomb with the garlic seasoning mixture and finish with Parmesan. Bake till golden brown, around 15-20 minutes.

Cool just enough to not scorch your mouth. Put extra marinara out for dipping, then dig in while they're warm!
