Cheesy Pork Chops Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 5 Yukon Gold or white potatoes.
02 - 5 chops of pork.
03 - 1 onion, chopped or sliced thin.
04 - 1 cup full-fat milk.
05 - 3 cups of grated cheddar cheese.
06 - 3 tablespoons of butter, unsalted.
07 - A pinch of salt and black pepper.
08 - Chopped chives or green onions (if you’d like).
09 - Optional: Use seasoning salt.
10 - Optional: Sprinkle garlic salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on the oven at 350°F and lightly coat a baking dish with some grease.
02 - Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin ¼-inch pieces.
03 - Chop the onion into small bits or slice it thin.
04 - Take some cheddar cheese and shred it fresh from the block.
05 - In a big bowl, toss together the potatoes, onions, shredded cheese, milk, and your choice of seasonings.
06 - Put the mixture into your greased baking dish and drop bits of butter evenly across it.
07 - Layer the pork chops right over the top of the potato mix.
08 - Bake everything for about 50 to 55 minutes, flipping the chops once halfway.
09 - Ensure the potatoes are tender and the pork is cooked to your liking.
10 - Cover with foil and bake 10-15 extra minutes if more time is needed.
11 - Let it sit for 5-10 minutes to set before dishing out.
