Turn on your oven and set it to 325°F (163°C). Get a 9x13 pan ready with some light greasing.

In your greased pan, toss in the diced potatoes, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Stir well.

Pour the mayo over the potato mixture and give it a good stir so everything is evenly coated.

Bake it all in the oven for about 90 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft and the top has a nice golden look.
