Cheesy Mud Potatoes (Print Version)

01 - 1/2 cup chopped onion
02 - 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
03 - 3 teaspoons minced garlic
04 - 6 cups diced and peeled potatoes
05 - 3/4 cup mayonnaise
06 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven and set it to 325°F (163°C). Get a 9x13 pan ready with some light greasing.
02 - In your greased pan, toss in the diced potatoes, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Stir well.
03 - Pour the mayo over the potato mixture and give it a good stir so everything is evenly coated.
04 - Bake it all in the oven for about 90 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft and the top has a nice golden look.
05 - Pull it out and serve while it's still hot and steamy.
