Cheesy Mozzarella Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package (16.3 oz) of refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces).
02 - 8 tiny mozzarella chunks.
03 - 4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter.
04 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
05 - 1/2 tsp dried basil.
06 - 1/2 tsp dried oregano.
07 - 1/4 tsp salt.
08 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder.
09 - Parmesan cheese for topping.
10 - Optional: chopped parsley.
11 - Optional: marinara for dipping.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment or non-stick spray.
02 - Pull the dough apart into 8 biscuits, gently press them flat, stick a mozzarella piece in the middle, and fold the dough around to seal completely.
03 - Stir together the melted butter, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and garlic powder. Coat the wrapped biscuits in this buttery mix and set them on the baking sheet.
04 - Sprinkle Parmesan over the biscuits and bake for 12-15 minutes until nicely golden. Let cool a bit, sprinkle parsley if you’d like, and eat warm with marinara sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Double-check edges are sealed to keep the cheese in.
02 - Extra butter can be added after baking.
03 - Eat them warm while the cheese is stretchy.
04 - Store any leftovers in a sealed container.
