Ham and Cheese Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A pack of 12 Hawaiian rolls, sliced in half.
02 - 3 tbsp mustard with a kick of spice.
03 - 2 tbsp packed light brown sugar.
04 - 1 tbsp of sweet honey.
05 - 8 oz ham, sliced thinly.
06 - 12 cheddar slices.
07 - 6 tbsp melted butter, unsalted.
08 - 3/4 tsp poppy seeds.
09 - 3/4 tsp Worcestershire.
10 - 3/4 tsp onion powder.
11 - 3/4 tsp garlic powder.
12 - Salt, as needed.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up your oven to 350°F. Lay out the bottoms of the rolls, sliced side up, in a cast iron skillet or a baking pan.
02 - Stir together honey, mustard, brown sugar, and a touch of salt. Spread half the mixture onto the sliced sides of your roll bottoms.
03 - Lay folded cheese slices on every roll, stack the ham on top, then add the rest of the cheese. Brush the insides of the top buns with the leftover sauce.
04 - Combine the melted butter with salt, onion, garlic, Worcestershire, and poppy seeds. Drizzle it across the sliders.
05 - Pop it into the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until you’ve got golden tops and gooey cheese.

# Notes:

01 - You can prep ahead and pour the butter mix right before baking.
02 - Fold the cheese slices to make sure they melt evenly.
