Cheesy Green Chile Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz macaroni elbows.
02 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
03 - Half a cup of chopped green chiles.
04 - 2 tablespoons of butter.
05 - 2 tablespoons of flour.
06 - One and a half cups of milk.
07 - 1½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
08 - A quarter cup of mozzarella.
09 - Half a teaspoon of garlic powder.
10 - Salt and black pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Get salted water boiling, cook macaroni until it's firm but not mushy, then drain it.
02 - Melt butter, stir in flour, and cook shortly. Pour in milk and whisk until silky.
03 - Mix in garlic powder, cheddar, and mozzarella. Stir until it's creamy and everything's melted together.
04 - Toss in the pasta and green chiles. Season it up with salt and pepper.
05 - Sprinkle with herbs or a little more cheese, if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - Go mild or spicy with the chiles, up to you.
02 - Feel free to toss in bacon or chicken.
03 - Good in the fridge for 3 days.
