Cheesy Garlic Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
02 - 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough, refrigerated

→ Garlic Butter Mix

03 - 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh and chopped (optional for sprinkling)
04 - 2 garlic cloves, minced finely
05 - 2 tablespoons melted butter, unsalted

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover a baking sheet with some parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic. This will give everything a deliciously bold taste.
03 - Open the crescent dough can and split it into 8 triangles. Put a spoonful of mozzarella cheese on the wide side of each piece of dough.
04 - Roll the triangles, starting from the side with cheese, and move toward the pointed tip. Tuck the tip under so they stay wrapped while baking.
05 - Generously brush the rolls with your garlic butter mix. Add a pinch of parsley on top if you'd like to dress them up!
06 - Bake the rolls for 10-12 minutes, or until they're a lovely golden brown and the cheese is gooey. Let them cool off for a bit before serving.

# Notes:

01 - These taste amazing fresh out of the oven with the cheese still gooey.
02 - You can prepare the rolls ahead of time and bake them when ready to serve.
03 - Feel free to swap mozzarella with cheddar or provolone for new flavors.
