02 - 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel
03 - 4 big garlic cloves, chopped up small
04 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
05 - 1/4 cup Parmesan, shredded right before making
06 - 2 tablespoons top-notch olive oil
07 - 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and cleaned up

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Take your tray out of the oven and toss a bit more parsley on top if you’re feeling it. Add those lemon wedges on the side to squeeze over right before you eat.
02 - Let your shrimp bake for 12 to 15 minutes. They’re finished once they go from see-through to pink and the texture’s nice and firm.
03 - Grab your shrimp from the bowl and give them room on a baking sheet. Keep each piece apart—none should be stacked so every bite cooks perfectly.
04 - Get a big bowl and mix your shrimp with the oil, chopped garlic, shredded Parmesan, parsley, and lemon peel. Sprinkle salt and pepper over it all and stir until everything’s coated.
05 - Flip your oven on to 425°F (220°C). Lay parchment paper on your baking tray so clean-up is no big deal.
